Working as our Service Advisor, your main responsibilities would be keeping our clients informed on the servicing of their vehicles and writing up ROs for the technicians. The ideal candidate would have prior servicing writing experience with a great work ethic.
Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.

Service Advisor Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous Service Writing experience is strongly recommended.
- A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention-to-detail
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
