Position: Service AdvisorDepartment: Service
Reports to: Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager, Store Manager.
Creates and keeps track of work orders.
Maintains documentation of work and incoming/outgoing equipment.
Works with Service Manager and Shop Foreman to ensure technicians have work and jobs are being completed in a timely manner.
Directly communicates with customers in a prompt, professional, and helpful manner, to keep them informed and ensure their satisfaction.
Coordinates with other departments and third-party vendors, to meet the needs of our customers.
Useful skills: Organization, attention to detail, good Communication skills, competence with basic computer functions: MS Office, email, scanner/printer. Technician/mechanical experience preferred, but not necessary.
