Server/Waitstaff

Chinglish Cantonese Wine Bar in Las Vegas, NV is looking for Servers to join our team. We serve authentic Hong Kong cuisine in an upscale environment within the heart of Summerlin.

Our ideal candidate is well versed with serving a high end clientele, have a friendly and outgoing personality who anticipates and exceeds our client's needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees, coordinate, and provide tableside guest service and experience
• Communicates professionally with internal staff and guests regarding our food and drink menu, heritage, events, and advocate for our team and brand
• Course food items appropriately and maintain table appearances
• Build and maintain good relations with guests to drive a loyal regular clientele
• Maintain the cleanliness of workstations, the proper set up and breakdown of workstations, server wells, and polishing and restocking of silverware and Chinas

Qualifications

• Kindness, team focused attitude, and ownership
• Prior experience in Fine Dining setting as a Server Captain, Lead Server, or Matre d a plus
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Knowledge about our cuisine, wine & beverage pairings
• Top-notch presentation skills
• Attention to details and attentiveness to guest needs

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $9.00/hour.
