322 BBQ and Hill Donut Co. & Pancake House, steered by the award-winning chef David Wiederholt, is a culinary landmark spanning North Wilmington, DE; Mullica Hill, NJ; and Swedesboro, NJ. We fuse the delightful tastes of a donut shop, butcher shop, BBQ, and bar to create an unforgettable dining experience. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic AM & PM Servers to enhance our customer service team.
Positions Available:
- *AM Server (Morning/Brunch Shift) *PM Server (Evening/Dinner Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. *Understand menu offerings thoroughly to answer customer queries and make recommendations. *Efficiently take orders and communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure accuracy. *Maintain a clean and organized dining area in line with hygiene and sanitation standards. *Process payments and handle cash register operations. *Assist in setting up the dining area, including table arrangements and decor. *Address and resolve any customer concerns with professionalism and patience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- *Experience: Previous experience in customer service or as a server is preferred. *Transportation: Must have reliable transportation. *Availability: Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. *Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Attitude: A passion for customer service and a positive, friendly demeanor. *Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with the team in a fast-paced environment.
