Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand menu items and be able to explain them to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Manage and assume full responsibility of guest’s dining experience from start to finish
- Provide memorable and personalized service for our guests
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Keep track of orders and ensure accuracy of all orders.
- Maintain knowledge of current menu items, garnishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant experience not required but preferred; training provided from the outset.
- Previous knowledge of use of POS preferred
- Weekend availability is required.
- Food handling license preferred but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $750.00 - $1,500.00 per week
