Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Enter orders into the POS system (Point of Sale) - Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal - Assist with menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu - Process payments using cash register or POS system - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area Skills: - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables simultaneously - Strong customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience - Proficiency in using POS systems such as Aloha POS or similar software - Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation management systems - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Knowledge of food service safety regulations and practices - Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $16.90 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 36 per week
