We are seeking a friendly, experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, enhance & maintain our restaurant's reputation.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and efficiently
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell additional products or services
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and allergens
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guest
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process payments accurately using the TOAST POS system

Requirements:
-MUST HAVE previous experience as a server in the food service industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Flexibility to work special events
