Duties:
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
- Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and process payments
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Uphold health and safety standards by sanitizing work areas and following proper food handling procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate order taking and delivery
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
