Server, Waiters and Waitresses

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent dining experiences for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction. ```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and accurately
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and clean dining areas
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS system
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Culinary background or knowledge is an asse

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 42 per week
