Server/Shift Leader

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Servers & Shift Leader to join our team. As a Server & Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service in our establishment. Responsibilities Servers:
- Bring an upbeat and coachable attitude to work every day
- Ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of customer service

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Responsibilities for Shift Leaders:

- Being able to lead by example
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry or hospitality sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
