We are hiring 2 experienced servers who have a passion for creating amazing guest experiences. Weekend availability is required.

El Cholo is an American success story that began with a hard-working couple who built a family business that is still growing and creating new fans - 100 YEARS LATER!!! The story spans 6 generations (100 years in 2023) and truly tells a beautiful story of Los Angeles and Southern California. Restaurant critics describe it as an LA “Institution”. El Cholo’s newest restaurant will open in the Sugarhouse neighborhood of Salt Lake City late this Summer.

Since first opening its doors in 1923, El Cholo has operated as a family-owned business and today the restaurants are run by Ron Salisbury, grandson of the founders. El Cholo’s legacy lies in its commitment to quality ingredients, long family history, loyal employees (some with over 40 years tenure), and our dear devoted clientele. Through prohibition, the LA Riots, true Hollywood glamour, and into the 2020's, El Cholo continues to bring back memories for our guests and for our restaurant family.

Our newest location in Sugarhouse is seeking energetic team members who value hospitality and quality over all else! We are hiring for all positions to join us in this exciting opening!
