Responsibilities:
- Ensure the property is ready for guests' arrival
- Assist the Chef prepping meals, serving and cleanup
- Serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and beverages
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels and replace when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
Skills:
- Previous service in fine dining, hotel or private residences
- Fine dining table setting and knowledge of appropriate glassware choices
- Prepare and serve coffee and alcoholic beverages
- Experience in housekeeping
- Customer service skills to interact with guests or residents
- Familiarity with hotel and/or restaurant service standards
- Basic cooking skills
- Understanding of principles to maintain cleanliness

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
