Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team as a Hosts/Server/Bartenders. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires basic math skills, knowledge of point-of-sale systems, and a strong focus on guest relations and food safety.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Enter orders into the point-of-sale system
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns or requests
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent guest service skills
