Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders before delivering them
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and kitchen staff
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods of time
