As a Server/Beverage Cart Attendant, you will provide excellent customer service to all guests on the course, in the restaurant, and while participating in various functions held at the course.

Responsibilities
Communicate with the golf shop and golfers regarding needs for the day
Offer golf course service, providing golfers food & beverage from the snack bar & kitchen
Have a solid understanding of all liquor, beer and wine that is offered to guests
Accurately record all sales of food and beverages
Set-up, serve and break-down tournament/banquet events scheduled during shift
Consistently inspect beverage cart making sure everything is clean and in working order
Report any deviations from standards to Manager/Supervisor including standards on the golf course
Inventory materials and supplies at beginning of shift comparing to previous days ending inventory to ensure no shrinkage
Complete required stocking, cleaning and inventory of cart at the end of scheduled shift
Serve and/or retrieve food & beverage as requested
Check all food & beverage prior to service for accuracy, completeness, appearance and presentation
Serve food & beverage to guests following Service and Food Safety Standards
Monitor golfers, anticipates needs, responds to requests, ensure satisfaction
Monitor golfers alcohol consumption to prevent over indulgence and ensure safety
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds
Ability to repetitively stand, stoop, bend and move quickly during entire shift
