Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks to patrons with a friendly attitude and excellent customer service
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails following recipes
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Maintain a clean work area and bar by cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods accurately
- Upsell drinks and snacks to increase revenue
- Monitor inventory levels and restock the bar as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and provide help where needed
- Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Strong sales skills to promote specials and upsell items
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Exceptional hospitality skills to ensure a positive customer experience
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Experience with cash handling in a bar setting
- Ability to work banquets or special events as required

Pay: $7.00 - $13.00 per hour
