```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Collect payment and operate cash register or POS system
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food orders

- Strong sales skills to upsell and promote drink specials
- Proficiency in operating a POS system for order processing and payment transactions
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques in compliance with health and safety standards
- Familiarity with the food industry, including different types of beverages, ingredients, and garnishes
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Hospitality mindset to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons
- Basic culinary knowledge to assist with food pairing recommendations
- Math skills for accurate measurement of ingredients and calculation of bills
