Server/Barista ($24-$34/hr)

The Chocolate Maven Bakery & Cafe has an opening for a friendly, outgoing, focused, hardworking and self-motivated individual to join our exceptional team as barista and server. Excellent communication skills, quickness of action, cheerfulness, warmth and great customer service combined with attention to detail are keys to success in this position.

Please note that the compensation for this position is in part based on customer tips. In our experience the pay range indicated is typical combining hourly pay and tips.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take bakery, beverage and food orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the front facing areas
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure accurate food preparation and delivery

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or barista is a plus, but we will train the right person as needed
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and sanitation guidelines
