Server With Some Bartending (Latin Restaurant) 2 Locations

HIRING SERVERS FOR BOTH OF OUR LOCATIONS:

PLEASE READ AND APPLY. WE HAVE 2 BUSY LATIN RESTAURANTS AND NEED A FEW MORE AWESOME TEAM MEMBERS THAT ARE SERVICE DRIVEN. GREAT TIPS AND SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner promote the building of a new bar business, support with building drink specials and cocktail menu, assist with operation standards
- Take customer orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Operate cash register and handle customer payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area... A MUST!
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and making recommendations... A MUST!
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for service

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixing techniques... MARGHARITA/TEQUILA KNOWLEDGE A PLUS
- Familiarity with cash register operations and handling cash transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling safety regulations is a plus
- MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO BARTEND

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
