The Server is the primary point of contact for guests. It is important that the server be friendly, upbeat, and able to comfortably interact with guests while looking them in the eye.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take food/drink orders (must have bartending exp)
- Suggestive sell additional menu items
- Enter food orders into POS system
- Deliver food to guest tables
- Make/Refill guest beverages, including alcoholic drinks
- Complete side work at end of the day
- Additional duties may be assigned
