Our FOUNTAIN VALLEY location is looking for several high-energy individuals with positive attitudes looking for the following position:

[SERVER / WAITSTAFF - Part-Time, Dinner Shift]

• Cheerfully greet, take orders, answer questions, and provide a guest-focused dining experience to patrons
• Provide recommendations to guests regarding menu items and specials
• Promote menu items and suggest add-ons to increase sales
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared to guest specifications
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner
• Anticipate guest’s needs and ensure a positive dining experience
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Remove dishes promptly as guests complete each course.
• Monitor table turnover and maintain efficient service
• Ensure that tables and dining areas are clean and tidy
• Process guest payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Notify management of unsafe conditions, accidents, and needed maintenance of tables, chairs, or equipment.
• Uphold the integrity of the company’s brand name and brand image

Our expansion into the US began in 2014 when we opened our first location in Costa Mesa, CA. Since our opening, we have received great feedback and support from many guests and have been fortunate to open several more locations with more planned soon. As we continue our expansion, we need enthusiastic people with good energy who genuinely enjoy making people smile!!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
