Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items - Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction - Clear tables and reset them for the next guests - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness of work area Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required - Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service - Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and making change accurately - Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service - Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth.
