Work Hours - 8:00am 1:00pm | 5.5. hours a day Monday to Friday
Assignment duties:
Must be able to perform light duty physical tasks (i.e.; standing, lifting, etc.) for up to 5 to 5 hours-a-day Monday through Friday.
Responsible for food product delivery as follows: assisting with carrying the food and preparation items from the delivery truck to the kitchen area, the counting of the food and the preparation of the food.
Assists with storing the weekly kitchen supplies.
Responsible for cleaning the following facility items in accordance with New Jersey Sanitation Code: kitchen floors, counter tops where food is prepared and served, wipe down all the tables and chairs in the dining area with a state mandated mixture of bleach/water, and industrial cooking ovens and refrigerators.
Responsible for preparing the food product in accordance with New Jersey Sanitation Code.
Responsible for cleaning the following food preparation items in accordance with New Jersey Sanitation Code: pots, pans and severing utensils, and 100 cup coffee and tea urns.
Handles the rotation of hot food product in and out of the industrial ovens set at 350 degrees, which require the lifting, pushing and pulling of steel pans measuring 12 wide x 20 long x 4 in depth and plated with food.
Handles the coffee and tea service.
