Little Mama's Italian, the hip sister concept of Mama Ricotta's and one of Charlotte's hottest Italian spots, is currently seeking an awesome Server to add to our incredible team. We're renowned for our amazing service and delicious dishes, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for providing an unforgettable dining experience to every guest who walks through our doors.

As a part of our team, you'll have access to a high-volume scratch kitchen with substantial earnings potential (up to $1200 per week based on Full-Time/7-8 shifts weekly)! As a Server, you will be responsible for providing spectacular hospitality to our guests. You'll get to create that perfect atmosphere for our regulars, recommendations to your guests and ensure that every table is comfortable and satisfied with their experience.
To be considered, applicants must have fantastic communication skills, be dependable, have a great attitude with a genuine smile on their face, and have the ability to stand for long periods of time while lifting at least 25 pounds. And, if you know a thing or two about wine, that's an extra bonus!
