The One Tapas & Bar located at Plantation Market complex is seeking experienced servers to join our FOH staffs. We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and efficient individual who is a team player as well. Shifts are dinners on weekdays, brunchs and dinners on Sat-Sun. Full-time and part-time positions available. Flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide a personalized dining experience, including menu recommendations a specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, enduring preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, following proper serving etiquette and presentation standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and anticipate needs, providing additional service and assistance as required
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and gratuities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations
- Collaborate with team members to support a seamless dining experience and assist with clearing tables and resetting for the next guests
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Min 1 year previous experience (preferred)
- Min 21 years old
- Knowledge of Spanish cuisine, tapas, and culinary trends is a plus
