POSITION SUMMARY:
Ensure the highest level of resident and guest satisfaction by offering prompt, professional, courteous, and dedicated services. Actively contribute to the department in order to complete tasks, meet goals, or manage projects. Overall, this position is responsible for and dedicated to providing recognition, satisfaction, and value to the residents and their guests, while continuously improving efficiency, accuracy, productivity, and service standards.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting residents upon arrival at the restaurant
- Providing excellent customer service during their dining experience
- Providing suggestions for food or drink choices to diners
- Taking feedback from residents
- Cleaning tables following the standards
- Carrying drinks and food from the kitchen or bar area to the tables
- Memorizing the food menu and wine list as well as any nightly specials
- Setting tables throughout the shift
- Understanding of food safety and how viruses and bacteria can spread
- Familiarity with local food safety regulations and other laws
- Successfully completing ongoing training & certifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to use a point-of-sale system to manage orders
- Must have a positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
