RTJ golf club is an upscale private club. The membership demands the best of golf and dining. Food and beverage operations are open from 6:30am until 11:00pm (occasionally later based on member requests). Servers at RTJ provide dining in all areas of the club including a la carte grill rooms, cottages, private events rooms, banquets. We offer a mix of upscale formal and polished informal dining. Venues are a mix of both indoor and outdoor.
We are looking for individuals with a passion for hospitality--those that look to provide extra step service.
Hiring full time and part-time seasonal (April - November) team members. Full-time must be available both AM and PM. Part-time must be available weekends.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of restaurant experience or private club environment.
Starting wages $16/hr (higher rates available based on experience).
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Server Assistants, Bussers, & Food Runners to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a fast-paced environment and an ability to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist servers in making an exceptional dining experience.
- Set up each shift according to the opening side work list.
- Stock side stations with glassware, linen, plates, silver, sugars, lemons, and limes.
- Clear tables according to assigned sections and assist other team members as needed.
- Monitor ticket times and keep tickets organized at all times.
- Properly fire tickets to ensure a steady flow of service.
