Kitaro Surf & Turf & Sushi, a contemporary Japanese Sushi and Steakhouse located in Munster, Indiana, is seeking to expand our dedicated team with experienced servers.
Key Requirements:
- Availability: Must be able to work during weekends and holidays.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in formal restaurant serving or bartending.
- Wine Knowledge: Familiarity with a variety of wines and proficiency in wine service.
- Licensing: Possession of an Indiana liquor license.
- Passion for Service: A genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding hospitality.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Tech Savvy: Experience in using restaurant Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Work Ethic: A commitment to maintaining high professional standards, a positive attitude, and strong work ethics.
- Teamwork: Ability to work cooperatively as part of a dynamic team and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
