SEM/SEO Strategist

Overview: Bloom Ads is seeking a talented and experienced SEM/SEO Strategist to join our team. As an SEM/SEO Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving online visibility, traffic, and conversions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for clients' websites.

·        On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve organic search rankings.

·        Off-Page SEO: Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, content marketing, and other strategies to enhance domain authority.

·        Content Strategy: Develop content strategies that align with SEO goals and client objectives, including blog posts, infographics, and videos.

·        Technical SEO: Identify and address technical issues that may impact search engine rankings, such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.

·        PPC Campaigns: Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.

·        Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

·        Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the market.

·        Client Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with their goals.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

·        Proven experience in SEM/SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

·        Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.

·        Familiarity with PPC advertising and ad campaign management.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

·        Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.

 Compensation Range: $60k - $72k/year Depending on Experience

This is the pay range Bloom Ads reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the level of experience, relevant skills, professional certifications, market pay, and demand for the role. Bloom Ads reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
