Job Description
SEO Website Administrator
The SEO Website Administrator reports to the Marketing Department Head and has ownership over customer-facing websites and the company intranet.
Requirements:
Associates Degree in website development/design or CIS with strong design background, Bachelor’s preferred.
5 Years experience with HTML, PHP, and Javascript.
5 Years experience with Wordpress, Drupal, Wix, Squarespace, or other Content Management Systems (CMS).
5 Years experience working in Google platform including GA4, Looker Studio, Search Console.
5 Years experience implementing technical SEO strategies and using SEO SaaS tools such as Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, and Semrush.
Knowledge of data warehouse and analytics tools such as BigQuery, MySQL, PowerBI, and/or AWS.
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Zoho, Hubspot, or SalesForce.
Responsibilities:
Develops, maintains, and analyzes company websites and webpages with an eye on the customer experience.
Measures and reports on website analytics.
Utilizes off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
Works with Marketing content producers to develop and automate on-page SEO content.
Stays abreast of the company tech stack and looks for opportunities to improve website capabilities and customer experience.
Works with Marketing and web development vendors as needed.
Works with the IT department on cybersecurity and domain registration.
Assists with the onboarding of acquired domains and websites.
Other duties as assigned.
