We are looking for a SEO Specialist to manage and implement SEO marketing strategies for our clients. This person should be both analytical and resourceful to help clients fulfill their digital marketing strategies. This is not a content writing position.
The Ideal Candidate:
- You’re the type of person who likes to see an SEO campaign through from start to finish.
- You thrive working under pressure and have a good knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
- You’re a self-starter and generally make your own schedule, but you're flexible enough to accommodate last-minute changes or tweaks in a campaign.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and work to pinpoint why a campaign or tactic isn’t giving you the results you anticipated.
- You've been actively working in a search engine optimization capacity for the past few years.
- You are also passionately pro-life and want to help connect women facing unplanned pregnancies with pregnancy resource centers so they can receive the support they need.

A typical day:
- Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in organic search efforts
- Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics, organic traffic initiatives, and campaigns
- Optimizing web pages and full sites for search, while keeping readability and user-experience in mind
- Performing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
- Researching new ways to improve SEO through listings and other third-party links
Although this position allows you to be autonomous, you should be able to take constructive criticism and collaborate to find strategies that work for the client.
Skills:
- The ability to communicate how/when/where/why an SEO campaign fits a complete digital marketing funnel
- Experience and success managing SEO campaigns across Google and other related search platforms
- At least three years of experience with SEO and other digital marketing tactics
- At least three years of experience practicing on-page optimizations.
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
- Experience with website and digital marketing analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEO reports
- Understanding of basic HTML and CSS relevant to SEO
- BS/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven, or another relevant field
