We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven SEO Manager to join our marketing team. This individual will be at the forefront of SEO strategy, focusing on leveraging SEO best practices to drive compelling content that meets the ever-changing needs of the digital content ecosystem. The SEO Manager will be responsible for staying ahead of the curve regarding digital platform algorithm changes, including those of ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and their impacts on Google and Bing SERP rankings as well as LinkedIn and Meta feed rankings. This role requires a unique blend of technical SEO knowledge, content strategy insight, and the ability to educate and align marketing managers with the latest SEO trends.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that incorporates the latest algorithm changes and best practices to improve visibility and rankings across all major search engines and digital platforms.

• Conduct ongoing research on algorithm updates and digital trends, focusing on potential impacts on SERP and social media feed rankings.

• Implement AI-backed strategies to enhance backlinking initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge SEO techniques to elevate website authority and optimize search engine performance

• Collaborate with content creators and marketing managers to ensure all digital content is optimized for SEO and aligned with current trends and algorithms.

• Provide regular training and updates to the marketing team on SEO strategies, algorithm changes, and best practices.

• Perform detailed keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired results.

• Stay informed on the digital marketing landscape, particularly SEO, SEM, and social media trends, to maintain competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successful SEO strategy development and execution.

• Deep understanding of the impact of ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and other AI-driven algorithms on digital content strategies.

• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Tools, and other SEO tools.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large amounts of data and generate actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate and influence stakeholders on SEO best practices and trends.

• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor and collaboratively in a team environment.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $67,760.00-$101,640.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
