Need to understand and troubleshoot website hosting infrastructures
Ability to understand third party tools and how they integrate with the website (such as where to buy, buy online, recipe buying and search etc)
Able to direct a team of developers across capabilities
Understands SDLC, Agile development, Develops pipelines
Work with enterprise and solution architects to drive solutions
8+ years of IT experience primarily on WordPress
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing cloud will be considered a plus.
General knowledge of MarTech eco system space
Knowledge working with common third-party APIs/Plaugins on wordpress
Knowledge and experience with W3 Standards and cross-browser compatibility
Experience with source control such as Git
Flexibility in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilities
Technically creative and open-minded
Ability to solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
Great communication and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented and focus on quality assurance of work.
Developing coding best practices, playbooks, frameworks, and solutions
Writing clean, maintainable and performance code
Outlining architectural best practices
Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
Helping to drive, document and continually refine platform standards.
Helping to drive new tech research and experimentation.
Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders
