Job Description:
- Planning, build or operational experience with an MVNO Wireless Network architecture and implementation based on authentication, mobility management, policy, roaming.
- Networking: Strong experience in wireless systems engineering 3G Core, LTE Core, 5G Core.
- Experience in designing the Carrier Wi-Fi network based on
- Passpoint - Automatic network discovery and selection, Seamless network access and roaming between hotspots, Enhanced WPA3 security, Mobile data offload
- Hotspot 2.0 - access to the Wi-Fi network through mobile SIM
- EAP (TLS/SIM)
- Experience in design & system integration of Wi-Fi offload solutions based on any of the standard bodies like 3GPP ANDSF and IEEE 802.21 MIH (media independent handover)
- Experience in designing the wireless connectivity solution for handling Seamless Switching + Session Continuity/Session Persistence with different Wireless Networks like Wi-Fi/3G/4G
- Experience in defining test strategy, QoE/QoS, and validating the Wi-Fi offload solution with natively supported major mobile operating systems like Android, iOS, Windows
- Experience in implementing the Wi-Fi offloading solution for larger enterprise networks, airports, stadiums based on the parameters like lowering the operational costs, eliminating coverage gaps, reducing network congestion, enabling security, providing a better customer experience.
- Experience in designing the network policies based on Wi-Fi roaming agreements across carriers and service providers
- Experience in designing Traffic Policy Management for the Wireless Network by measuring the end-2-end data traffic flow and defining the networks policy control
- Adapt in analyzing information system needs, evaluating end-user requirements for designing and implementing new products
- Working with engineering consultants and the customer generates quality high-level design documentation that reflects the network design requirements and customer service goals
- Experience with MNO operators
