The Senior Web Designer is accountable for crafting designs that uphold the brand's representation across web and social platforms. In this role, she/he will generate diverse digital marketing assets, encompassing landing pages, web banners, social content, digital ads, and emails, aligning with the brand's creative strategy. Job Description:
- Responsible for creating digital content to support product and marketing campaigns, leading projects, and driving digital asset development initiatives in collaboration with marketing and eCommerce teams.
- Conceptualize, develop, and execute designs based on creative briefs provided by the marketing team and brand guidelines. This includes crafting weekly emails, designing web banners, creating landing pages, and developing social ads.
- Build a strong visual brand on social media through in-house photography and branded graphic banners.
- Actively engage on all social media platforms, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of user interface dynamics.
- Provide art direction to the social media agency for concepts and prop styling.
- Perform quality control on all creatives to ensure they align with the brand aesthetic.
- Conduct ongoing research on trends and competitors, bringing new ideas for web and social media initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Art/Design or equivalent
- 3-5 years of design experience, preferably in the beauty or consumer packaged goods industry (eCommerce experience is a plus)
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with a specialization in Photoshop
- Strong understanding of current beauty trends
- Creative with a keen eye for detail and color sense
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Effective collaboration with marketing teams, copywriters, web developers, and other internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively with team members
- Commitment to excellence and taking full ownership of responsibilities

The anticipated compensation range is
22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
