AECOM’s Water Business Line is seeking a creative, highly talented Senior Water / Wastewater Engineer for immediate employment at AECOM‘s Philadelphia, PA Office with flexibility of having a hybrid schedule. AECOM's growing water / wastewater practice in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey works with our region's largest water and wastewater utilities and supports AECOM's national and global Water business to executed transformative projects around the globe.

The qualified applicant should have extensive experience leading the analysis and design of Water/Wastewater treatment facilities, collection systems and conveyance and experience or interest in Project Management, mentoring technical staff, developing new business and maintaining client relationships.

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental or Chemical Engineering plus 6 years of relevant experience and demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Experience in municipal Water/Wastewater infrastructure design, assessment, and rehabilitation, including treatment, conveyance and pumping systems
• Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within one year of employment

Preferred Qualifications :

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex municipal Water / Wastewater projects
• Experience developing junior staff and leading multidiscipline project design teams
• Experience in coordination with regulatory agencies
• Master’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Experience presenting at professional conferences, leading technical workshops

Offered rate of compensation for Pennsylvania will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $148,000.
