Hendricks Commercial Properties invests in, manages and develops real estate throughout the United States and specializes in net leased real estate investments, management and development with outside-the-box solutions to the most challenging of real estate needs.
The function of the Finance Division is to provide strategic financing strategies input and leadership advice on decision making issues affecting the company's financial health.
WHO YOU ARE
You will work to establish and maintain relationships with various sources of debt and equity placements for the purpose of strategically building capital stacks for portfolio and individual real estate and hospitality investment opportunities over the Company's multiple property types; industrial, retail, office, residential and mixed use. You will support the company's goals of growth by leading sourcing, origination, underwriting and due diligence on new sources of debt (construction, senior, bridge, mezzanine) and equity (TIF, incentives, tax credits, investor capital).
EVERY DAY, YOU WILL
· Clearly and quickly works through the complexity of key issues, problems, and opportunities to affect actions (i.e., leverage opportunities and resolve issues).
· Recruit, interview, hire, and train management and professional-level staff in the department.
· Establish and maintain relationships with Capital Markets players such as: lenders, brokers, servicers, agencies and investors.
· Obtain capital commitments and drive third party relations and business development objectives to ensure successful execution of strategies.
· Work with the Finance department on documentation and closing of Capital opportunities.
· Analyze and evaluate complex ownership borrower structures relative to legal and financial responsibilities and obligations.
· Develop analyses and presentation materials for internal and external audiences.
· Work closely with team leader and other department leaders to gain an extensive understanding of both real estate and hospitality business segments through actual/prospective investments.
· Staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques of real estate capital funding.
· Create, maintain, and refine dynamic commercial real estate financial models to understand investment performance and determine the feasibility of opportunities.
· Calculate fundamental property-level return metrics from a levered and unlevered perspective .
· Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis of investment opportunities and current holdings.
Requirements:

Education Minimum fifteen years related experience with a bachelor's degree or Certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience and/or Training
· Ability to work independently and as a team.

· Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
