Position Description
ADP is hiring a Senior Vice President, Global Head of Infrastructure
The Senior Vice President, Global Head of Infrastructure will be responsible for the vision, leadership, strategic oversight and delivery of all IT infrastructure for the enterprise. This position will drive transformational initiatives along with operational execution, with a high degree of collaboration with other technical and business leaders to ensure our solutions are business aligned. In this role, you will oversee on-premise and cloud infrastructure, engineering, and operations teams to ensure IT infrastructure and architecture is operational, secure, and reliable. You will also oversee the Developer Experience teams to streamline the process and toolsets for infrastructure consumption for the developer community.
This position is also responsible for monitoring infrastructure, and identifying and addressing security and reliability risks, in a manner that meets compliance and regulatory requirements and aligns with the risk posture of the enterprise. You will also ensure technology investments are delivering expected value and outcomes and manage EOL technology roadmap and change management. In this role, we're looking for a strategic and out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for technology modernization and business impact. You will lead a large global matrix team and drive a culture of talent development, performance enablement, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy and vision: Deliver on the infrastructure modernization vision and strategy that encompasses the tracking, maintenance, and operability of physical and digital information assets and technologies and ensuring the security, resiliency, and reliability of our infrastructure.
• Operations: Responsible for the design, enhancement, and operational support for data centers, networks, cloud services, storage, tools and disaster recovery plans. leading multi-million-dollar initiatives with strong governance, an organized methodology, and successful execution
• Cybersecurity: Acts as a key partner and collaborator to the Global Security Organization to drive our risk maturity strategy and critical initiatives that contributes to and enhance our organizational systems and data security and keep us compliant with auditory requirements
• Budget Management: Develops and controls the annual infrastructure budget and business case development to ensure that it's consistent with the overall strategic objectives of IT and the enterprise and executes within plan. Create a culture of continuous cost optimization.
• Vendor Management: Excellent negotiation skills and managing relationships with including with hardware, software, and service providers, in collaboration with Procurement team.
• Drive cultural change and transformation:

• Large Team Leadership: Lead a globally matrixed organization of 600 associates, inspire and engage global cross functional teams that can achieve the highest standards of performance, accountability with results execution and client centricity.
• Executive Influence: Comfortable in the boardroom with a compelling voice demonstrated through executive presence, ability to lead change and creation of clear executive-level communications on key milestone achievements or technology recommendations.
• New tech: Identify, evaluate, and test emerging technologies related to Infrastructure Services. Present results, recommendations, and justification that support a continuous improvement strategy that enhances performance and reduces costs.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Infrastructure with application development, security and business processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of managing complex, global IT infrastructure environments.
• 10+ years of experience managing large global teams.
• Strong understanding of current and emerging infrastructure technologies and architectures.
• Ability to drive Cloud Architecture and Cloud Engineering practices in collaboration with Application owners, architects, and engineers.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Decisive and persuasive with diverse groups of constituents, including executive committees and Board members, to achieve goals and have everyone leave the room feeling good about the results Experience with cloud services, virtualization, automation, and orchestration tools.
• Preferred prior experience in product development.
• Excellent at managing competing priorities and rallying an organization to change direction when necessary.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance regulations.
• Flexibility to work within a 24/7 environment across multiple time zones
• Education:BS in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics preferred.
