Pay Range: $85.71hr - $90.71
Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics analysis.
Synthesize complex research findings into clear and actionable insights and design recommendations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to integrate user research findings into the design process.
Create mockups, wireframes, personas, and other design artifacts to communicate insights and guide decision-making.
Clearly communicate design decisions to peers and key stakeholders.
Design and execute usability testing sessions to invalidate assumptions and iterate on design solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design and research.
Participate in the Agile Scrum Process to quickly iterate through designs and gain approvals from key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong emphasis on UX Research.
Demonstrated expertise in conducting user research using various methodologies.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions based on research findings.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma.
Strong portfolio showcasing candidate UX design work, including detailed case studies that highlight candidate research methodologies, problem-solving approach, and the impact of candidate designs on user experiences.
