Job Description Qualifications:
The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Test & Evaluation Integration Engineer to join our team in Seattle, WA, Everett, WA or Tukwila, WA, to Lead BT&E's Digital Engineering strategy and implementation planning aligned with the Enterprise objectives and BT&E priorities. Enable the creation of a BT&E integrated and interoperable digital ecosystem that adds value to our business partners.
Position Responsibilities:
- Work with BT&E Value Streams & Capabilities to create a Digital Engineering vision & plan.
- Lead integration and alignment of BT&E's Digital Engineering activities with Business Unit, Function, and Enterprise activities and objectives
- Guide Enterprise Architecture evaluation and implementation assessments (i.e., 3DX)
- Identify BT&E test architecture patterns, process flows, and digital threads
- Develop BT&E system / application roadmaps aligned to architecture patterns
- Provide appropriate BT&E engagement with Enterprise DTx teams (PLM, MOM, ERP)
- Coordinate the maturity of BT&E processes and tools into a digital environment
- Support and advise strategic investments in order to meet digital engineering objectives
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
- 15+ years of experience in test and evaluation
- 10+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience across all phases of the Product Test Lifecycle (proposal, planning, design/build, execution, reporting)
- Experience leading large process and tool improvement initiatives
- Experience across multiple test value streams, capabilities and/or regions
- Familiarity with general engineering modeling principles
- Familiarity with general architecture concepts (i.e., TOGAF, DODAF)
- Proficient in applying interdisciplinary, collaborative approaches to lead activities to plan, design, develop and verify highly-complex system of systems and system solutions.
- Leads others to evaluate stakeholder needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.
- Leads analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.
- Understanding of the System Engineering verification and validation process
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 20 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+15 years' related work experience, Master+18 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range: $179,350-$242,650
