What will I be doing?
Assist clients with tax obligations on gifts, trusts, estates, foundations, closely held entities and individual returns. Prepare tax returns in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code and state and local tax laws. Serve as liaison between clients and IRS authorities. Offer tax strategies for income and estate tax planning purposes. ($114,046.00 - $114,050.00/year)
Requirements:
Master's degree in Accounting or related and two (2) years of work experience in tax and/or financial planning.
Must have experience in preparing tax returns, extensions and estimates for millionaires and their closely held entities; in performing tax planning and projections; in conducting tax research using CCH IntelliConnect; and in responding to tax notices from IRS and state agencies. Must have CPA license or be eligible to sit for CPA exam. Must have strong writing, research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
