Job Description
ITW is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst, Transfer Pricing to join its tax department. This role will encompass a spectrum of responsibilities including Transfer Pricing documentation, audit support, tax planning support, and operational Transfer Pricing. The Senior Analyst will develop a broad base of Transfer Pricing and tax knowledge as well as leadership skills that will support advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Transfer Pricing documentation and filing requirements
- Prepare, document, and review country-by-country reporting package
- Compile data and responses in support of tax audits and information requests
- Participate in fact-finding interviews and oversee preparation of functional narratives
- Extract, analyze, and review data and prepare and review financial models
- Communicate Transfer Pricing approaches to external stakeholders
- Undertake operational Transfer Pricing processes
- Undertake cross-functional tax projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics/statistics, or closely related field is required. Advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of Transfer Pricing experience
- Working knowledge of §482 Regulations and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines
- Excellent writing, communication, organization, analytical, and data management skills
- Assist in the training and development of junior staff, including interns
- Professional presence and demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Additional tax and/or accounting experience is a plus
