Description
Summary
The Talent Manager will ensure our people develop and grow, helping them to have fulfilling, meaningful experiences with Charlotte's Web. This starts with recruiting and encompasses career development, workplace atmosphere, and employee separations.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of full life-cycle recruitment processes across a variety of levels and roles as well as carry a modified requisition load
  • Serve as the subject matter expert of Talent Acquisition for the company for business and HR leaders. Partner closely with all hiring manager and HR, as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of their business, role requirements, and talent needs while delivering outstanding client service
  • Develop, refine and execute the overall recruitment strategy for early talent programs, considering specific talent needs aligned with evolving business objectives
  • Identify and attract top talent for early talent programs, conducting interviews and assessments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to support recruitment efforts and enhance our talent pipeline
  • Use KPI reporting and data to drive effective priorities and strategies with the business and develop sourcing and candidate strategies, metrics, and best practices
  • Identify candidates through proactive sourcing methods including direct channels, job postings, social media, web sourcing, networking, and diversity, equity and inclusion practices
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion through creative and cost-effective sourcing channels, facilitate an inclusive hiring process and build external relations within the community
  • Establishes business partner relationships with leadership in the respective departments to understand their current and future recruitment needs, trends and begin to understand and forecast their hiring needs for future growth or turnover
  • Manage and oversee an innovative internship program that attracts, onboard and mentors early talent, providing them with a structure and valuable learning experience with the organization
  • Utilize key recruiting metrics and measure outcomes to articulate the impact of the talent acquisition team.
  • Coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team and enhance capabilities that ensure a positive candidate experience and effective end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Work closely with the HR Leadership team to drive elements of the Talent Management Strategy (Talent Acquisition, On boarding, Performance Management, Development, Succession Planning and Retention)
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree 6+years' experience Training and Development, Employee Development, Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.

Qualifications
  • Solid human resources generalist skills, especially in the areas of HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations and, where applicable, labor law and labor relations.
  • Ability to quickly gain trust and build relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in ambiguous situations and adapt quickly to change, as well as guide varying levels of the organization through change.
  • Strong process orientation; demonstrated experience in planning and execution of HR processes that deliver consistency and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage through conflict while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Time management skills and comfort working in fast paced, continuously changing, environment
  • Must exhibit attention to detail as well as excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds
