The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for executing the talent attraction strategy and programs for key roles across the organization. Identifies, attracts, and assesses talent. Serves as the primary point-of-contact and relationship manager with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire staff roles as well as internships and special programs that support the needs of the business
- Deliver and mentor other recruiters in delivering exceptional candidate and client experience through quality of work and positive, consistent communication
- Deliver on SLAs
- Partner with the business to ensure a solid understanding of the job responsibilities, requirements and talent gaps
- Actively educate on talent landscape and recommend actions to strengthen pipelines
- Act as a representative of ManpowerGroup via online and in-person recruitment events and channels
- Demonstrate executive presence and strategic influence
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers (phone and email)
- Social media marketing and searches
- Log activity in applicant tracking system (Taleo)
- Travel - 5% or less
Qualifications:
Required:
- 2+ years of full-cycle, high volume recruiting or related experience
- High school diploma or GED
Nice To Have:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience with social and digital media such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and job boards
