Fasteners Inc. is seeking a full-time Senior Supply Chain Analyst for its Las Vegas location. The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will develop and maintain key performance indicators, identify inefficiencies, opportunities for improvement, and more. S/he must follow company policies, practices, procedures, and assure the highest level of accuracy. The ability to effectively accomplish all assigned tasks is critical. Familiarity with all necessary office equipment and procedures is also required.

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join the Purchasing team. This role will play a crucial part in optimizing our Supply Chain processes, ensuring efficient operations, and managing strategic projects to enhance our Supply Chain performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze Supply Chain data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure Supply Chain performance. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for analysis.
  • Utilize statistical tools and software to model and forecast Supply Chain trends.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate Supply Chain performance and project status to senior management.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction within the Supply Chain.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement and inventory management.
  • Streamline Supply Chain workflows to enhance overall efficiency and reduce administration time.
  • Support customer-facing sales team to help operationalize customer outbound distribution requirements.
  • Lead and oversee Supply Chain improvement projects from initiation to completion. Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as needed to achieve objectives.
  • Drive efficiency in purchasing engagement with suppliers to establish strong partnerships and improve supplier performance.
  • Implement vendor performance evaluation processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct product and market research, competitor analysis, and analyze pricing for products in an effort to drive sales revenue and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Monitor external factors such as market conditions and geopolitical events that may impact the Supply Chain and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Supply Chain management.
  • Maintain punctuality and regular and reliable attendance.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members.
  • Support a culture of collaboration and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain analysis and project management.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, business intelligence, data visualization tools).
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), data entry, and NetSuite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and project leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain best practices, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and relate to others in a courteous manner.
  • Willing to assume responsibility for accuracy of work performed and to accept other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Compensation: $75,000 to $115,000
