Our client is looking for a Senior Estimator with Miscellaneous and Structural Steel construction experience ready to hit the ground running. Our client does fabrication and installation as well as design.
This is NOT a hybrid or remote position. This will be onsite from M- F.
What you will do as a Senior Steel Estimator
- Review project plans and provide estimates
- put together bid packages
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and installation
- Good communication and diligence with following up with customers
- Material Take Off
- Ability to read design drawings/blueprints
- Estimate -Large and Small projects.
- Estimate Multiple projects with deadlines/follow up after bid submission.
- Review contract to make any revision of scope of work
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
What you will need as a Senior Structural Steel Estimator
- 7+ years of experience as a Steel Estimator
- experience leading a team of Estimators and working collaboratively
- experience estimating projects from 100 K to 10 M
