Senior Accountant
Reports to:
The Senior Accountant is directly responsible and accountable to the Senior Accounting Manager.
Supervises:
None
Description of Duties:
Prepare daily revenue reports and bank deposits.
Submit weekly payroll to the corporate office.
Reconcile various general ledger accounts.
Enter and review purchase orders.
Oversee multiple profit centers.
Prepare detailed revenue reports and analyses.
Analyze trend reports and statistical business information.
Credit card analysis and reconciliation.
Deferred revenue accounting
Assist on sales and fuel tax returns.
Ad hoc reporting as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
5 years' experience
Superior experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to supervise and lead staff.
Ability to work autonomously.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to operate a computer terminal, telephones and standard office equipment.
