The Senior Speciality Pluimbing Designer (Healthcare Building Design) is responsible for all sizes and types of projects, with the opportunity to work independently on smaller projects and the guidance and mentorship of experienced engineers for more complex projects. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow your experience from concept to completion of construction with the benefit of in-house coordination with multiple other disciplines. TLC provides a defined career path and training at all levels. 

Qualifications You'll Need:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the architectural engineering environment
• Must possess a high level of BIM modeling proficiency
• Experienced in designing per applicable building codes
• Accuracy in production, documentation, and QA/QC
• Proven capability to provide direction and monitor work of designers and technicians
