The Role
Responsibilities
- Design an effective solution which meets the customer's objectives with GRC Automation and Security Compliance
- Partner with the Sales team to plan, prepare and execute on deals in sales cycles
- Manage all technical aspects of the sales cycle including but not limited to: Technical Demonstration, Proof of Concepts, RFPs, RFQs and sharing technical differentiators against other vendors
- Become a trusted advisor to the technical decision maker - both during the Sales as well as the Implementation cycle
- Effectively communicate client needs to the product and engineering teams for future product enhancements
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
- Collect and document competitive intelligence
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience as a Sales/Solutions Engineer, preferably in the SaaS space
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.
- Strong execution focus - ensuring the designed solution meets the objectives and timelines of the customer
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior technical decision-makers (CTO, CISO, CIO etc)
- Great to have certifications like ISO27001 Lead Implementation/Auditor, CISA, CISM or CISSP
- Knowledge of cloud providers, such as AWS, GCP, etc. Ability to conceptualize and build a proof of concepts
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in a simple manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
