Senior Solutions Engineer
Description
As a Solutions Engineer at RIOS you will work cross-functionally across RIOS as well as with partners and customers to identify, evaluate and develop solutions that use RIOS products and technology to deliver compelling value to all parties.
You will lead solution identification and design from earliest stages through to final design signoff and have significant input into both company technology and commercial strategy. Responsibilities
- Partner solutioning
- Identification and evaluation of potential partners from a solutions perspective
- Engagement with partner Solutions Engineers to develop and launch offerings including RIOS products and technologies
- Support of partner solutioning teams in execution of deals with end customers
- End customer solutioning
- Identification and evaluation of potential direct deals with end customers
- Engagement with customer teams to develop a particular solution
- General solutioning
- Development and continuous improvement of generic partner and end customer offerings and solutioning tools and methodologies
- Feedback to product on new product development and existing product improvement
- Work directly with end-users and customers to understand their specific needs and requirements, ensuring solutions are tailored to their unique contexts and will deliver meaningful ROI.
- Collaborate with partners to expand the reach and implementation of RIOS's robotic solutions, providing training and support as needed.
- Utilize CAD software to create precise designs and models of robotic systems, ensuring seamless integration into client manufacturing workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of end to end custom robotics solution design and evaluation experience with a system integrator, engineering consultancy or OEM.
- Engineering degree required, Industrial Engineering degree preferred
- Experience in the Wood products or beverage distribution industries preferred
- Experience with AI solutions preferred
- Proficiency in CAD software (preferably Autodesk Fusion360) for engineering and design purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach, capable of working in fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year
